Where We Ship
Velmora currently ships within the United States only.

Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Weekends and holidays are not business days. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order.

Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery is 5 to 12 business days after the order ships. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed when it becomes available. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking record.

Address Changes
Review your shipping address before completing checkout. Email sillyjoyy@gmail.com immediately if you need an address correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your order arrives damaged, contact sillyjoyy@gmail.com with your order number so we can review the issue.
